The Gymgrade name, trademarks, logo, symbol, slogans, artwork, product graphics, photographs, videos, website design, written content and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Gymgrade.

These materials may be protected by trademark, copyright, design and other intellectual-property laws.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

• Use the Gymgrade name, logo or branding for commercial purposes.

Gymgrade may remove content that violates these Terms. Gymgrade will not knowingly alter a genuine review in a way that misrepresents the reviewer's opinion.

08 — PRODUCT AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

Gymgrade takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current.

However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, outdated information, stock errors, technical issues or omissions.

Gymgrade may correct or update information at any time.

Where an error materially affects an order, the separate Terms & Conditions will apply.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights and the jurisdiction of appropriate consumer commissions, courts and statutory authorities, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the competent courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Nothing in this section prevents a user or consumer from using a dispute-resolution forum or remedy available under applicable law.
